When will my order be shipped? TOP

Orders are typically shipped on the day they are placed once payment clears, or by the next business day after your payment clears at the latest.  But at times of high traffic it might take a little longer.  Please use the ORDER TRACKING link on the homepage to check on the status of your order. 

What payment methods do you accept? TOP

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as Paypal payments for your convenience. All payment information is collected and processed via an SSL secure server for your protection.

Do you offer returns or exchanges? TOP

There is a 30 day return policy for orders placed befor 31 March 2010.  As long as items are unwashed/unused and with original tags and/or packaging we will accept them within 30 days for store credit equal to your purchase price (excluding any shipping costs).  Sorry, we cannot offer retturns or exchanges for items purchased on or after 31 March 2011 as we are liquidating our inventory for store closing.

If you wish to cancel an order after placing it, a 5% restocking fee will apply.  This is simply to cover costs of fees associated with our cart that are not refunded to us when a refund is authorized by us. 

How much is shipping and where do you ship? TOP

Shipping for all US orders is FREE!  

We are happy to ship items to Canada that are not prohibited by the manufaturer (bumGenius, flip, econobum & Mother-Ease do not allow us to ship their products to Canada).  However, if the actual cost of shipping exceeds that of what it would cost to ship the items within the USA, then that amount would be invoiced and payment expected before shipping would occur.  If you place your order and then find the shipping charges are too high and want to cancel the order that is fine to do.  For items that are low on inventory I recommend placing the order first to hold those items for you.  You may also Contact Us ahead of time to find out what that amount might be before placing your order.

Shipping costs to Canada for light orders like diaper covers will always be free.  It's only orders with several heavier items that may have shipping amounts higher than US shipping.  Please be assured our shipping is only the actual cost that eceeds the highest shipping amount within the USA.  We will never charge for more than this actual difference in shipping costs.

* We currently only ship to the USA and Canada but are working on expanding this soon.  Please feel free to contact us using our Contact Us form if you would like to place an order but live outside of the USA or Canada.
